Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Right on the water

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Kullabofarm getaway in nature

Kom volledig tot rust in een gerenoveerd kindertehuis midden in de natuur van Noord Zweden. Langlaufen en ijsvissen in de winter of kajakken en suppen in de zomer. Het huis bestaat uit twee appartementen met eigen ingang, waarvan wij het volledige onderste appartement voor vakantieverhuur gebruiken. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
