Residing with gold edge

With us, you live comfortably with a little everyday luxury. You live right near the forest with exercise tracks and outdoor gym. In less than 10 minutes walk you will be out in the countryside with fields and horse pastures. It takes over an hour by train to Stockholm and 20 minutes to Västerås. We live about a 20 minute drive from Strömsholm with horse races on the elite level. Köping is located at Mälaren. You can advise yourself completely as the rental part is separate from the rest of the house, but we are usually at home and happy to help if needed.

A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

Idyllic - with jacuzzi and close to popular beach

A cozy house on the floor with many social areas, close to beach baths. Perfect hangout for small, medium sized families or couples with possibility to barbecue and enjoy the Swedish summer or try the jacuzzi with steam room in winter. The house is a year-round accommodation with several excursions in the nearby area and one of Mälaren's large beaches just below. Restaurant is reached in a two-minute walk. Before each visit is made with new sheets and towels included. Like coffee and tea. Free parking and wifi.

Small wood cabin with Forrest view and walks.Full access to big garden and decking with a glass house which can also be used. Natural Reserve Paradise. View of Lake. Private

Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.

Do you want to live a little outside the city's hustle and bustle? Then you will find this small house in Lillsanda just outside Strängnäs. The house is located about 500 meters from the pier with boat and bathing area. Nice walk in the house and close to the forest. A terrace with barbecue,jacuzzi, dining area and a large sofa group for nice nights out. On the plot there is a barn where you can play ping-pong. Here in Lillandsand accepted cozy & hang but not party!
