Pet loving & cosy, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, fully fenced with high fences. 500 metres to Smiths Beach. 1.5kms to the Grand Prix Track. 10min drive to Penguin Parade & Cowes town centre. Free Wifi, kitchenette, huge bathroom, fully wheelchair accessible & queen bed, electric LED fire heater. Small single sofa bed for an extra guest/child. *Please note we live upstairs. You may hear some noise from the dogs or kids, but we try to keep it to a minimum.

Treetops & Beach House- Relaxing & Comfortable

A treetop sanctuary in a secluded and family orientated Island cove. Our spacious beach house can accomodate a wide range of guests, from a couple's getaway to a family escape, and everything in between. Sit back and relax, enjoy the view of the water through the treetops, whilst enjoying the many attractions that Phillip Island has to offer. Small pets are welcome, preferably non shedding. The back yard is securely fenced, but not the front area. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
