Gamlastova

Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room we have kept in old style. The house is located on a gas farm where there is a sheep farm. Great space if you want quiet surroundings . We have a dog and cat on the farm. Nice view of the Sognefjord. About 1.5 km to convenience store.(Mon-Fri 11-1730 Sat 10-14 Feios is a small village located 2 miles from Vik. Lots of nice hiking opportunities. You have nature surrounding you . Can go mountainous from the door.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. There is a lot of eagles, especially sea eagles, but also golden eagles. Follow us on insta on Birdbox Sotra If you want to rent a kayak, we recommend northernexposure.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. Here you found a peaceful and cozy place in a very beautiful forest with an amazing view on the great Sognefjord and a sauna. In the area is a fantastic sandy beach and lots of hiking possibilities. In the cabin is a fully equipped bathroom (shower, water toilet), kitchen (even including a dishwasher). There are two bedrooms and there is a nice (childsave) room under the ceiling. The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balcony facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Unique house with incredible outside area!

A uniqe, modern house with the most amazing nature just outside the door-step. The house has a view to the forest and river, and has big windows to let in lots of light and most importantly - the nature. The outside area consists of an incredibly beautiful riverside front, with a wooden deck with a log table and benches, fire place by the river and pitoresque seats overlooking the river and forest. The closest town with shops and restaurants are about 10 kms away.
