Beautiful one bedroom suite with full bathroom situated on the famous Gorge Waterway in Esquimalt, 10 minutes from downtown Victoria. You have access to the Gorge with the use of kayaks and a paddle board. There is also a swimming pool that is available for quest use on request. This is a quiet private residential area with parking available. In the warmer months there is a lovely outside sitting area to enjoy the wonderful views. Two coffee shops near by. A very quiet residential area.

Welcome to our spacious Fairfield residence. Walk 1/2 a block to Beacon Hill Park, playgrounds, a petting zoo & Cook Street Village for amazing food and a great pub! Cozy basement suite in a lovely, safe, established neighbourhood of family homes close to Camosun College and the University of Victoria with easy access to grocery shopping and major bus routes. Downtown Victoria is only 15 minutes away by bus. There is a small patio table and seating for 2 outside the suite. If you have a vehicle, our driveway is yours for the duration of your stay.
