On the Buschberg, the lowest located alpine club hut in Austria is located at 480 m above sea level. There is a Draisinenbahn nearby, the Oberleis Observatory, as well as Ernstbrunn Zoo. All of these attractions are easily accessible in about 25 to 35 minutes. In the town center there is a tennis court as well as the famous "Flockerlhof" with its curiosities.

I offer our newly renovated guest room in a former vineyard house in a quiet green courtyard for a relaxing stay. There is a covered terrace right in front of the room, where you can have a drink or smoke. There is a water cooker and an electric hob and a bit of dishes, a fridge can also be used. In the very large natural garden, you can walk and linger on various seating areas.

18 min walk to main subway and big mall. It s quiet, clean, safe and has a nice garden. Wifi is super top! It is a shared appartement wich consists of 2 seperated dobble bed rooms, one shared kitchen with a table for four people. The bathroom is very big and cosy with a bathtube.
