Detached house in semi-detached house. It is 600 meters distant from a cristal clear sea. It has also a panoramic view and a small private swimming pool(from June to September) The villa is made up of a large living room with a chimney and some windows through which it is possible to enjoy the view on the sea. It provides also a kitchenette and a dishwasher, two rooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is located 20 km from Cagliari and very close to other wonderful beaches .

Entire apartment in a relaxing and valuable context, bright and panoramic place on the second and last floor with partially closed terrace, in the immediate vicinity restaurants pizzerias, bus stop and shuttle bus to all the beaches. Casa Cannas - Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
