It is equipped with a kitchenette, a work area, and air conditioning. The apartment is located on a quiet semi-pedestrian street. Great for contests at the floral park. The apartment is only suitable for up to 2 people; for insurance reasons, it is impossible to accommodate a couple+ a child (even a baby)
