The apartment building is relatively new and located in the heart of Skela, 200m far of roundabout of the centre of Skela, which is connected to the big boulevard called Pavarësia, Lungomare (coastline), the old beach road and the Transbalkan road. It is in a quiet and very convenient area where you will find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and various shops. Walking 5min from the building you will be in promenade of "Lungomare" near the beach along coastline too.

The apartment is about 50 m . It has a beautiful terrace in the kitchen and bedroom and bathroom . OUR SERVICES 1). With €4 more per person on weekends you will have a fabulous breakfast. 2)With €7 per person on weekends you can order lunch or dinner with our traditional pizzas. 3).5 EUR per person with our car we take you to visit one of the most beautiful places in our quotation You should always notify at least one day before .
