Self Contained annex, kitchen, lovely garden.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks, Marloes , The Gann, Dale, Bosherton and Broadhaven only 25 mins. Near the Cleddau estuary great for birdwatching and walking. This is the self contained annex to my home. Full kitchen. You can also easily access the north of the country within 40mins St Davids Strumble Head , the Prescellis, all wonderful country side. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop but no pub.

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

The annexe is a beautiful studio with stunning views over the Severn Valley, with a large south-facing patio. We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Relaxing break near the Ceredigion coastal path

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!
