The cabbage tree cottage is located in Luggate just out of Wanaka the cottage is on our property where our family lives we have 2 kids a super friendly dog + 2 chickens. The cottage is in front of our main house we always respect our guests privacy yet we are here if they need anything. Luggate is a 10 min drive to lake Wanaka it is a cute community close to the Clutha river and beautiful walking tracks The historic luggate pub is just a short walk down the road offering meals and drinks .

Modern warm house, with a large courtyard. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house has three bed rooms. One with King bed with ensuite, walk in wardrobe. The other two with Queen beds and main bathroom over the hallway. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning. Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Located a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.
