A comfortable, private space with all the essentials. A separate bedroom with queen bed, a large bathroom, sunny kitchen (PLEASE NOTE the oven/stove does not work), dedicated work space with 24 inch screen, and a cosy nook with couch and TV (with Chromecast). An easy walk along the waterfront to the CBD (15-20 mins) as well as Wellington’s many restaurants. A great set up, complete with harbour views from your private deck, if you’re in Wellington for work or a city break.

This apartment is in a safe modern building, and is situated at the playing (versus working) end of the central city. Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.
