Want to visit Polish Coast & Świnouście but want a more personal experience than what a hotel can offer? Then try staying at my home where I hope to make your experience comfortable, informative, and memorable. We offer a fully equipped two-room (50m2) apartment, with place for 4 people, Apartment has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Living room has access to a large (45m2) sunny terrace. On the terrace is a set of wooden furniture - a table and four chairs. Features inside: a large room in the corner providing sleeping for two people, TV table, TV and radio. In bathroom walk-in shower and washing machine. Fully Equipped kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee maker. The bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables, large dresser with mirror. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage so you can come by car without stress:) The estate is a complex Platan residential and commercial buildings in the central part of the city at a distance of about 800 meters from the beach. In the vicinity of the railway station is UBB, which takes you to neighboring resorts Świnoujście Albeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Our apartment offers a wonderful combination of city living with great local amenities all in a private space of your own in a safe and comfortable home. This sunny and modern apartment ( 68 sq m) is just 400 meters from a wide, guarded beach on the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. Two TV sets, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, cooker etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community and so very safe. Facilities include a safe playground, parking place, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and bike rental ( 7 $ per day) is available. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The community is surrounded by the Eastern Eco Park. You can ride on a magnificent bike path ( Bike the Baltic) which run through the Park and dunes to the center of Kołobrzeg within 15 minutes. Around the apartment are small grocery shops, bars and a cafe. You can enjoy sea-fishing, horse riding, Nordic walking and all kinds of water sports. The closest beach is one of the most beautiful, wildest and cleanest in the area, and is almost empty even during the summer season.
