Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. A spacious cosy cottage nestled into the foothills of Steep hangars with stunning views from the fields and woodland around the cottage. The main living area is a light and airy space on one floor with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds. Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
