The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to ASB Arena, Bayfair and The Mount

Private suite on the shores of the Waikareao Estuary. Our home is situated on the popular Daisy Hardwick Cycle/Walkway. Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
