We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

My cozy apartment is located close to both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance away from the City Center. One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Pets allowed. Our guests have their own apartment, which is always rented to one party (individuals or families). So they are on their own without other strangers. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs (no lift), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, Rhine and Schaffhausen. The town of Schaffhausen is a 10-minute walk away. Parking for your car will be made available to you by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.
