With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Nice apartment with wifi in downtown Donosti

You'll love my place because it's in the same city mall, the windows windows let you see a street full of life, and being pedestrian is usually quiet at night. The kitchen is very practical and beautiful, and it is in the same space as the dining room and the living room. Each room has its own bathroom, and the beds are spacious and comfy. The beach and markets are a short distance away. My accommodation is excellent for couples, business travelers, and families

Independent apartment studio 5 minutes away from the beach. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking around the Bay or by bus. Free paid parking on the same street.

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.
