Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms.
