The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. With a king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, a separate bathroom (bath/shower) and a private decked area, there is a lot of space. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. Own entrance &private parking, you can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard.

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.
