Here you live in the middle of Sørlandet's butter! 15 min drive to Dyreparken. Large, lovely garden at the end of the cul-de-sac. 5 min walking distance to the city center, shops, restaurants, swimming areas, etc. 3 flats with jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture. Two car parking spaces outside the gate. Large kitchen with exit to the backyard garden. Dining area for 8 people in the living room as well as a sofa nook with TV. Two bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. Laundry room with washing machine available Four bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 8 beds.

Peaceful and spacious single-family home with 100 meters to fresh water and short distance to the sea with boat space. 20 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Double garage with large outdoor area. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, sleeps about 9 people. Kitchen and laundry are available. Barbecue bu with fireplace with plenty of space. Comforters and pillows available, but tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included, the tenant must do their own laundry. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

House for rent during holidays. Easter is still available

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Large modern house in cozy Southern Norway

Large house on 2 floors totaling 280 sqm with large unobstructed outdoor area and beautiful views of the Venneslafjorden. From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand center), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbor where the Color Line goes from it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

Large detached house at Dyreparken/Kr.sand /Otralakseelv

Lovely, rich house with soul:) Lawn, terrace with plenty of room. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Room for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washer, dryer, dryer, broadband, TV. All of the duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for 250, -kr per made bed and wash afterwards. Good experiences with rentals over many years. This is our home and we expect us to find it in the same condition after hosting. Welcome to sun and summer and Southern Norway;) Feel at home!

Charming house in Vennesla

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Please do not smoke or party.

Nice and large single-family home for rent

Vennesla has a diverse offer for big and small. After a 3 min drive you are in the center of Vennesla which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, library, swimming pool, swimming areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as. The logs are very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 minutes. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt and Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

Cozy house in residential area, centrally located in Lillesand.

The house consists of; 1st floor: hallway, living room, new kitchen in 2020, dining area, bathroom. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. Three quite large and one very small. There is room for 8 persons. On the second floor there are toilet rooms. Laundry room in the basement. Large deck of approx. 75 sqm. A little garden spot is there too. Car parking space sleeps 2 cars. Clogged around the house, so neighbors are close by. Bed linen and towels can be rented, 75kr per person per day.
