This is a single-family home with a sea view in one quiet neighborhood. Located in the charming southern village of Lillesand. There is a garden with seating, gas grill and trampoline. The home is right close to idyllic Kaldveld with beaches, swamps and great hiking areas. Nearby is also the fresh water Langedalstjønna with nice swimming spots. There is sleeping space for 8 people here. Ideally, there are 4-6 people. Located 3 km outside the city center, about 1 km to grocery stores and Lillesand center with cafe. Welcome here :-)

Cosy house in residential area, centrally located in Lillesand.

The house consists of; 1st floor: hallway, living room, new kitchen in 2020, dining area, bathroom. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. Three quite large and one very small. There is room for 8 persons. On the second floor there are toilet rooms. Laundry room in the basement. New, big plating of about 75 sqm, completed March 2021. A little garden spot is there too. Car parking space sleeps 2 cars. Bed linen and towels can be rented, 75kr per person per day. (It includes bed linen and two towels per person.)

Large outdoor area, with the opportunity of barbecuing. Walking distance to shop, beach, bus stop, hiking areas, gym and street kitchen. Bedroom 1: 180 bed Bedroom 2: 150 bed Bedroom 3: 2x 120 bed Also has two foam mattresses available. 25 minutes in car to the Zoo, and 20 minutes by car to Kristiansand City. Large family friendly house. 25 min from the zoo

You are welcome! If you want a southern holiday this year, our house is perfect! We want to rent to other families with children, who can also enjoy the zoo, fishing pier, southern center and experience southern idyll, this is 20-25 min away by car. Child-friendly space on the "flat" so it is nice to walk in the streets, with a 10 min walk to the center of Vennesla. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cinema ++. In the garden you will find sandbox, cozy fire pit, slide, remember, playhouse and barbecue.

Large modern house on cozy Sørlandet

Large house on 2 floors of 280 sq.m. with large unserved outdoor area and beautiful views of Venneslafjorden. From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand centrum), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbour where Color Line goes from, it is about 25 minutes. The house is located on top of Heptekare, a construction site 4 kilometres/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. Built in 2016, the house is modern and suitable for both one or two families.
