You can feel completely comfortable in this apartment with your own entrance. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of mud brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the fallow deer enclosure of the neighbor. Cozy studio in Berzdorf near Cologne/Bonn/Brühl

Please be sure to pay attention before booking instead of negatively reviewing! Berzdorf is a small village and not a district of Cologne! The location is quiet, transport connection is good. Cologne Cathedral is about 15 km away. The modern studio is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance for guests. The comfortable bed can accommodate 1-2 persons. In the room there is a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio includes a private bathroom with a large shower.

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.
