Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space for relaxation. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. The pool and hot tub (covered outside) are of course also available with us and are included. Please let us know beforehand. 😊

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

The 82 sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of lively Akazienkiez. My apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the full apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden section. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing are possible.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the raised ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge. The view goes into our beautiful garden, bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked right in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes by the nearest lake. No central location!
