The apartment is unique for its light, modern design and layout. Perfect for business people, weekend, students, Erasmus, adventurers. There is the option of staying in a room with a double bed or another with separate beds. The apartment is well located in the north of Madrid, 1 min from the bus, 7 min from the metro (Line 10 Fuencarral), 20 min by metro from the center, 15 min by car from the airport. There are plenty of cheap bars and restaurants in the neighborhood where you eat well.

nice, very sunny apartment. Retiro neighborhood with parking

You will love it because it is located in a quiet, sunny area, all outside, high ceilings, very cozy you will feel right at home. Excellent communication with Ibiza metro station 100 meters away , and very frequent buses to downtown Madrid, which can also be accessed on foot. Parque del Retiro 70 meters away, wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops, shopping area. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, and families with children.

BEST Location for DESIGN lovers

Located in Salamanca district, the city's most fashionable and luxurious neighbourhood this apartment is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable city break. The city's best bars, fashion boutiques and restaurants are within walking distance, as is El Prado Museum and the city center which is only a 10 min walk. The apartment is ideal for couples . Please note apartment is on a 4th floor with no elevator

You'll love my place because of its location, outdoor areas, and people. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and pets.Our apartment is on the second floor and does not have a lift.

Modern double room with private bathroom, luxury.

You'll love my place because it's a luxury home, with quality finishes, light and everything super modern. The area is perfect as the metro stop is almost at the front door of the house with direct line to the airport (12min) and IFEMA (6min). Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. In addition, there is another double room with private bathrooms (€70)for up to three people.
