Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

This accommodation is strategically located: it will be very easy to plan your visit!, it is in the center of the city, at the foot of the old town. This is the old Palomar of the grandfather, totally restored, it is a 4 floor of a building of 1900 , it does not have elevator. It is totally independent of our house although we live right below, it has a different entrance. The best thing is the terrace with possibly the best views in town. Garage possibility for 8 euros /day.

Beautiful brand new studio-bedroom

Relax and unwind in this quiet and stylish accommodation in Madrid. It is a safe residential area. You have buses that connect to various areas of the cityMadrid. There are several metro stations about 15 min walk; the buses 2 minutes walk in front of the house. There are supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, pharmacy, dry cleaner/laundry nearby and I offer a washing and drying service (not ironed) for a small amount. There is also good communication with the airport.

Is an independant apatyament were in the summer you can escape the heat enjoying the garden and the swiming pool and in the winter relax in front of the chimney. We are a two minutes walking distance from the center of the village.
