One bedroom basement suite, located in promontory heights. Nice, and peaceful place close hiking, trails, rivers and lakes. Hot tub is exclusively used by our guests. Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

Beautiful, Modern 1 Bdr Suite above the city

You will be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful 1 bedroom (King) suite. This 970 sq ft unit includes a sofa bed that will sleep up to 4 adults very comfortably. Located on the very top of a small mountain, you can see all the way to Vancouver on a clear day! There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle. The suite is very bright with a lot of natural light. You also have a private back yard that includes a gas bbq and outdoor dining area. Everything about this place speaks "comfort"!

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with full kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers.

A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails right in the back yard. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service.
