A self-contained studio in Firle Village, with king size double bed and en-suite shower room. The studio is 3 miles from Glyndebourne and a short walking distance to Firle Place for weddings. Turn left out of the gate down The Dock to the gate at the bottom. You will see Firle Place on your right. Follow the path. The walk takes 10 minutes. Bring a torch for return walk. Charleston, the South Downs Way, Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne are easily accessible. Glynde Station is 25 minutes walk.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat adjacent to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Originally built in 1871, this converted contemporary barn annex has one en suite double bedroom, and one double sofa bed, which is in the open plan living and dining area, so we can accommodate 2 plus 2 (family friendly) It has a fully fitted kitchen. Set in a peaceful country village with a wonderful village shop, close to Lewes. We no longer provide breakfast but we do supply welcome items.
