Newly built small house with sea view. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. About 4 km to the center of Rättvik, about 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different summer music events. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake view. Some close-knit residential buildings, yet quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, a double bed will be made up. Bedroom with 120 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guest is responsible for bed linen and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Go for a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, simpler rowing boat and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

We live in the main house and are available if you have any questions. Guests have access to the cottage as well as a barbecue area in the garden. Guests can make use of all parking, Wifi, AC and cleaning is provided. Bed linen & towels can be rented for 50 SEK/person Travel cot for childrenand high chair can be borrowed. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. Open plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has a wonderful view towards Kalvsjön, here you will also find a large warming fireplace. Dining area for 6 people with exit to porch. Kitchen with fridge, wood stove, stove top and fan. Shower room with sink and toilet. Freezer is available.

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and rowing boat are available May-Sept.

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).
