Unique newly renovated farmhouse in Gamla Gävle

Now we finally rent out our new renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse about 1 room and kitchen distributed on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart tv. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Nice house with a lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with large terrace and views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot, path up to the electric light trail directly from the house for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. Please treat the house with respect! :)

At Lugnet there is also new swimming house with relaxation. Perfect even as a cultural weekend with a visit to the Carl Larsson farm or the World Heritage site of Falu Gruva. The accommodation has three bedrooms (90 bedx2, 90 bedx2, sofa bed 120cm+140 bed). The cats Motta and Maldini live here. They are usually outside or take up a place in the sofa. Welcome to a spacious and well-equipped villa. Walking distance to hill, ICA, train station, etc. There are comfortable beds, hot tub, nice espresso machine, large TV(do not touch screen) with game console, board games and etc. You also do not have to bring bed linen, paddle rack, stand and tools for bike mech and many other things that can be thought of for both active holiday and relaxation. In the summer of 2021, this three-story villa was completely renovated in a small Dalaby named Breadjärna, 3 miles west of Borlänge. In the house sleeps 8 people comfortably, but it can accommodate up to 11. Here you will be able to enjoy an open plan, cozy dinners and relaxation on the couch. The village offers authentic Dalak feel and has a lot to offer for those who like nature and water. Incredible views of arable land and forest, fantastic sunny location and a large newly built terrace. It has all the amenities for a family or a group of up to six people. Fireplace, laundry room, two bedrooms, combined kitchen/living room, wood-fired sauna, hot tub. (Sauna and hot tub are available all year round!) It is fine to borrow bed linen but we ask you to wash these before departure!

Warm welcome to our large and popular turn of the century villa located in a charming area in central Gävle. The house is great for the family and the larger company. The house is newly renovated and has a lovely architect-designed garden with a lot of flowers, lounge group, dining area and sun deck. There is also a seating area in the front to be able to enjoy the evening sun. On the property there is a trampoline, sandbox, swing set and slides. Large driveway with space for several cars.
