Nice villa with electric car parking 10 min from town

Nice semi-detached house in calm area with nearby forest grove that is still so close to Gothenburg city. Takes 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike or bus. Has its own carport with electric car charger and engine heater. 3 bedrooms upstairs with private toilet& shower. The downstairs has a large kitchen, large sofa and bathroom& laundry room. I live myself but have two daughters at home in the house every two weeks. Then I don't rent it out. They are 6 & 8 years old which means a lot of toys. No hotel right away. When parks and SPAS.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. Underbart mysig liten sommarstuga i Bokenäs, södra Bohuslän. Närhet till mysig badplats med liten strand såväl som brygga (7 min mysig gångväg). Tio minuters gångväg till Bokenäs Spa https://www.bokenaset.com där ni kan äta, spa:a eller köpa en glass. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. You will have a very comfortable stay for your family in our old beautiful house, close to everything that Gothenburg has to offer. Liseberg and the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre is just a short walk away and there is a shop and a bus stop very close to the house. Only 10 minutes walk away you will reach a beautiful recreation area, the Delsjön area with lakes, a big forest and a golf course.

My place is close to the sea and beach, great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the proximity of the archipelago. Also it's only 15-20 minutes away from the Gothenburg city centre (in car). Bus stop is around the corner. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It’s a quiet neighborhood.
