This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar.
