This property is completely independent and has no common areas with any other apartment In response to Coronavirus, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Before a new arrival we disinfect all surfaces with a certified disinfectant, and steam cleaner. We are very close to the hospitals Ygeia, Mitera, IASO, IVF Embryogenesis, ecc. As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Bus stop and Electric Bus Stop in 200 meters from the house. Metro station (Holargos) 1250 meters from the house. Parking place in front of the house most hours of the day. It is situated across one of the most popular swimming areas or the Athenian coastline, Alimos Beach, as well as minutes away from the Historic centre of Athens and the Acropolis as well as the Piraeus port. The keys will be delivered upon arrival and I will personally explain to you everything you need to know about the apartment. No one will interact or disturb you unless you require assistance. For such purpose I am on call 24 hours a day. A Greek mobile number will be provided to you for immediate communication with me if any matter arises or any assistance is needed. Check out is at 12:00 and check in at 15:00. Late check out or late night arrivals can be arranged upon request. Please respect the apartment and the neighbors. Time for rest and peace according to the law is: April 1 - September 30 : 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-7.30 October 1 - March 31 : 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-7.30. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Set in the coastal suburb of Alimos, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, which offers swimming, sun loungers, beach bars, and restaurants. The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person).
