Sea Breeze Villa with Stunning Views in Nissaki

The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking. Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the terrace or a romantic dinner by the pool! Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV. To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quiet private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lightning over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. Here the view is unlimited, breathtaking, will fascinate you!!! The sunset is magical from here and will never forget. My space is a very bright, sunny and quiet apartment located in the center of the city. It is spacious and comfortable, well-equipped with large terraces and lots of plants. From here you can enjoy the unique view of the city that reaches the sea, with the sweet morning light or relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset watching the Acropolis and hill bathed in the light. You love plants you ll enjoy the majestic cacti everywhere, especially in the living room and on the terrace. The flat is on the main street of a quiet neighborhood in the center of Athens. The city's historical center, Mount, the Grand Park in the Areas and the magnificent National Museum are all within easy reach. Neighborhood has a vibrant traditional color and you will find it here so many shops with clothes, bakeries, pastry shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes with a nice breakfast, restaurants. You can try the famous delicious Greek food the 'Gyros', and other traditional Greek delicacies.

Nautical Aegean Beach Villa with Private Infinity Pool

You can sleep and listen to the sounds of the sea. The rocky beach in front of the house is like beeing private since only the house guests swim in the sea on front... The house is close to athens airport (about 30 kilometers) and there are many places from there to visit around. The poseidon temple is about 20 minutes drive and other ancient Greek monuments are around. There are plenty of sandy beaches and nice taverns with greek traditional plates. Not unless required from the guests. It's a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for exploring on foot, while the sea here is great for snorkelling in. It's also close to Lavrion Harbour, which offers numerous tavernas, bars, and shopping opportunities. Best way is by car.
