Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. My private, separate, modern guest studio unit is a peaceful city retreat - set well off the road a stone's throw from the city. You have your own entry as well as off-street parking right outside your door. The studio has a lounge/kitchenette area, full bathroom, and spacious bedroom with a deliciously comfy bed. Initial breakfast goods included. Outside, enjoy your own patio setting for that morning cuppa in the sun, or use my garden & bbq area around the side.
