My place is close to Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Waterworld, Netball courts, BMX track, Te Rapa race course, river walks and popular Sugarbowl Cafe, one minute from bus stop into the city.. You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Cute character cottage near central Hamilton & Waikato Hospital. Private, sleeps up to 4. Refurbished 2022, bedrooms repainted, new carpet, new stove & heatpump. Great for medium to longer term stays, families moving to Hamilton, building or between homes. Quiet, tree-lined street, 2 mins to State Highway 1. Two bedrooms with queen beds; lounge, dining, large sunny kitchen, laundry, washing machine, shower/toilet & separate bath. Small patio & garden. We look forward to hosting you!

Hobbiton - a 5 minute drive. Private. Enjoyed by honeymooners and guests wishing they had stayed longer. Ideal location to do big three- Hobbiton, Waitomo, Rotorua. Fully self contained- superior king and single beds, fridge, T.V. hotplates, electric frying pan, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic kitchen equipment. Continental breakfast included. Spacious outdoor decking. 15metre pool. Endless country views of rolling hills and stock grazing. A great space to relax, plan and recharge.

Watershed - Lake Karapiro

Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep - trees, ferns and native birds are a feast for your eyes as you relax in your own private space. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
