Find my earnings

You can always check the status of your earnings in your earnings dashboard.

Interactive earnings

The earnings dashboard features an interactive chart. You can select the expander in the bar chart to launch the interactive earnings view.

In the interactive earnings view, you can filter the chart by listing, then toggle between monthly and yearly income views, review monthly earnings for previous and future years, and review key performance stats.

Year-to-date summary

Your year-to-date summary is the total amount you've earned for each reservation that year. It also displays any service fees, taxes, or other deductions and your net total earnings.

Upcoming earnings

View the next three upcoming transactions from the earnings dashboard or select Show all upcoming to view a full list.

You can filter upcoming transactions by date and listing, and search for specific transactions using the reservation confirmation code or payout amount.

Open a specific transaction to view transaction details, along with the date it is scheduled to be sent and how the payout was calculated. You can also change the payout method the transaction is going to, by selecting change your payout method.

Paid earnings

View the last three paid transactions from the earnings dashboard or click Show all paid to view a full list.

Select each row to view earnings details, including reservation information, adjustments, and cancellation details.

If you have multiple listings with reservations that start on the same day, earnings may be paid out together, which will be displayed in a single row..

If you owe a guest money for a cancellation or reservation change, you can track it in your earnings dashboard. Learn more about what an adjustment on your earnings means.

When you’ll get your earnings

You can see the payout schedule for all reservations in the Upcoming and Paid sections of earnings.

Below the payout amount, you will see the status of each transaction. You can click the tooltip to get more details about the estimated delivery time of your payout.

Your payout method will determine how long it takes for you to receive the money.

If your earning was recently sent, keep in mind that the time it takes to receive each earning depends on the payout method you’re using. Learn more about our average processing times.

To export earnings reports to a spreadsheet

The CSV file can be opened by any standard spreadsheet program (like Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, or Apple Numbers). This spreadsheet includes additional information, like transaction history, Host service fees or cleaning fee (if you charge one) as well as gross earnings and any taxes withheld for each earning.
