The cozy casita with private bath and balcony is tucked away, surrounded by lush vegetation and sounds of the waterfall. Take a dip in the pool or grotto, relax with an afternoon cocktail under the tiki hut, or snooze in the hammock. During those cooler months soak in the hot tub. We have bikes available to cruise the miles of nearby paths stretching from Coconut Grove to Black Point Marina.

Beautiful home away from home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is split like a duplex. You will have the entire space to yourself as well as your own private entrance. Easily check in with self-check-in. There is a smart door lock. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Comes stocked with a kitchenette and everything you’ll need for any home-cooked meals. A comfortable sectional that turns into a bed. The home is located 40 minutes from Miami and 20 minutes from the Florida Keys.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. They include Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Paramount for free. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.
