The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from the center of Borås. Listing plan is completely newly renovated and all beds are brand new. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (which has older standards) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Welcome to stay on the countryside at Knohult! Here is a villa with plenty of room. The garden is big with room for play! Private patio just beside the house. Close to connections and how to get to surrounding cities. Jönköping, Eksjö, Tranås, Nässjö, Aneby, etc. Possibility to use a boat and to get out on the lake. Down by the lake there is a barbecue area. 2.5 km gravel road to the lake. Many nice gravel roads to walk or cycle along. Down by the lake there is a smaller private swimming area.

Our house offers a spacious, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere for the whole family. It sits on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Front yard offers a great view and back yard provides plenty of space for fun and leisure. Many walking/bike trails in the vicinity and several nice lakes suitable for small children. A 20-minute drive from downtown Värnamo and 10 minutes from the High Chaparral theme park. Isaberg Mountain Resort is located about 30 minutes away. Welcome to our house!

The villa is large and spacious and has room for 2 families, with open spaces and several places to sit and socialize, both indoors and outdoors. The house is located in a residential area with only 5 minutes drive to the top of Isaberg and 10 minutes walk to the lake with nice swimming area. Chargers for electric cars are available for a fee of SEK 7/kwh. Measure your own cord for the charger.
