The house is well located in quiet area with beautiful surroundings a short walk from the sea and swimming. A house with all the amenities you can wish for as well as large social spaces. Garden with patio for nice barbecue evenings. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Possibility of electric car charging. You are welcome to enjoy Öland! Charming Ölands villa for many

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Here is close to the beach, the shop, the ice cream restaurant and attractions such as the Boxing Car Land, Böda Sand and Trollskogen. Tingskullens sandy beach is only two kilometers from the house and there are several bikes to borrow for shorter tours. Surroundings are rural with grazing cows and horses. The house consists of a main building and two guest cottages with room for 10-12 people. For those who play golf, Ölands GK is close.

Large villa with lovely patio in the sun

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in the middle of Öland and extra close to Borgholm for shopping and restaurants, Borgholm castle for concerts, Köpingsvik for swimming as well as Ekerum for golf. Large lovely patio with grill in the southwest for lovely evenings. Cleaning before guest checkout is required. The beds are slightly changed from the pictures that are available, but all of them are left. Updated in for 2025.
