It is an open-plan one-story at the top of a villa for rent. Separate apartment door that separates the other floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped - everything is available from your own washing machine to cheese maker! There is a double bed and also a sofa bed (room for two) that can be folded out. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The apartment is located about 20 minutes on foot from the central station in Kalmar and 10 minutes walk to the sea.

Exclusive apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters (heated from May 15 to September 15) Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during the Ironman, this is the right place!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. 15 min walk to the city centre. 10 minutes by car over the bridge to Öland. 5 min walk to a 4H farm. You have access to two bedrooms, double bed in one and single bed in the other. The sofa in the living room can also be made into a 160cm bed. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Welcome to a nice apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen (70sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar Strait, close to the Öland Bridge, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the town center. The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything that Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on a private plot. It's no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in nice environment.
