Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
