Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Rural accommodation in pastoral idyll, next door to Ånimskogs church. 150 meters to own pier. Wake up to the church bell ringing for half a minute at 9am and 6pm. Listen to the neighbor's rooster when you eat breakfast and to the cranes when you take the small evening walk down to the lake. You rent one or more nights, live in a larger room with its own kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of Ånimskogs church school. The house is now being prepared to become a hostel. This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Nice and spacious apartment 2 bedrooms with own kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is bright and clean. Free access to high speed internet connection. Smart TV and free Cable TV. We can recommend this nice accommodation in one of Karlstad’s popular residential areas. Garden and beautiful surroundings close to the river. Getting to the city center is about 3 km and takes 5 minuets by car, 8 min by bike, 10 min by bus, 20-30 min to walk. Welcome to a pleasant stay in a nice environment.
