Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Hiking trails, Fishing water, swimming, Relaxation, Scooter trails, Ski tracks with mera.Fishing licenses must be purchased at the Shop in Lekvattnet electricity online at Ifiske. You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! The kitchen is fully equipped, the possibility to fire in the wood stove,fireplace. A unique and different cottage with large porch. Self-catering with approx. 75 sqm of living space. There is no public transport available so you will need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theatre and golf course 8 km.

Cabin with large undisturbed patio facing south. A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire in the fireplace inside or light a fire at the barbecue area outside. For the greatest nature experience you can use the boat that included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
