It has one bedroom, bathroom, small utility area with washing machine, modern kitchen & combined living/dining area. As well as free parking & wi-fi. The cottage is perfect for relaxing but for those wanting to explore the local area, Duddon Sands is less than 20 minutes away on foot and there are plenty of fells to discover. Coniston, Windermere & Ulverston are all a short drive away.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Super quiet, one off space. Close to Lake Windermere, shops and places to eat and drink. Immaculate studio space for 2 people who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/bedroom with an en suite shower room, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the water making its way down to the Lake and the private woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.
