This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket. (very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque,2 large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature. Entire house with all amenties on your disposal just for you and your family to enjoy in your holiday. Welcome to our new listed house Porat ! House is renovated and open for a guests in June 2024. We are couple Đuro & Neti and our niece Anita is helping us. Our house is located on the main promenade in old town Cavtat . Few steps from beach,restaurants and all ammenities . There are 2 bedrooms up to 4 persons . Fully equipeded kitchen . Living room and dining room overlooking on the sea side and promenade. Free parking place 150 meters from apartment. Every room have aircondition.
