Near Munich and Innsbruck; 15 min. to famous Achensee Sports Region with plenty of summer and winter activities; cross-country, biking and hiking trails pass the house; next to local inn yard; free parking and WIFI. Hardly to believe that such a gem is so near!

Living in the garden - our 90 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers all-round views of a beautiful landscape. The house is overlooking the idyllic Reither Lake in a colorful garden with many herbs and flowers. If you want to take a walk or hike, you can leave your car (own parking space) behind. You can walk from us to the lake, the lift and the ski slopes, the Hildegard von Bingen-Garten, the tennis court and the bike rental in a few minutes. Tourist tax €2 pp/pp/T

Tyrolean farmhouse with panoramic views

The "Köcken" farm is a farmhouse of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and the property has great views of a mountain panorama. Due to the many rooms, the large room and the cozy atmosphere, it is well suited for families, larger groups and also for pets. The village of Reith offers a natural swimming lake, a circular hiking trail around the village mountain "Reither Kogl" and a connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The bus station can be reached in 5 minutes as well as the valley station Reither Kogel Bahn (you can go directly to the accommodation with the Schiern) and the village is 10 minutes away.
