Cozy single-family home in the middle of nature with the city a short drive away. Undisturbed location without transparency. Nice fishing area 100 meters from the property. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. On the second floor there is a large living room, bathroom, a bedroom as well as two balconies (west facing and east facing). The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, large garden with greenhouse and trampoline. 3 cats live here They have their own room with chipped cat door.
