The rice pits in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fireplace, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is just outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains around. Stunning views out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city centre. Possibility of cross country skiing in a light slope, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its downhill slopes.

The apartment is located separately with its own entrance. Furniture with sofa bed, small table and two chairs, housewares as well as smaller sink and fridge. The newly built small guest house is located at Birka Strand in Ås, about 1 mile outside Östersund. The view is out of the ordinary with a view of the main lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned surface. In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour with a car to the magic mountain world summer as winter, about 25 minutes with a car to central Östersund with a great range of restaurants and other activities. Bicycles and wood-fired sauna and boat are available to borrow for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not a cat.
