DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years, or alternatively in the company of the guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to thevm8). The best location for the year?

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cabinet in the hall. Fully-equipped kitchen as well as Wi-Fi, TV and chromecast. 2 Ski lockers outside door. Cleaning is included via a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. Note: - Weekly rental Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

The large panoramic windows facing Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället on the other side really give the feeling of being in the middle of Swedish beautiful mountain world. Well planned corner apartment in the City Hall, located opposite the train station. The apartment consists of 6 beds (3 bedrooms), fully equipped open plan kitchen to living room. Newly renovated bathroom with shower & drying cabinet. Balcony view of Åresjön. The village house is located at Åre square & is walking distance to shops, restaurants as well as ski lift. Dam & men's sauna can be found in the house, free WIFI. Parking space included. Minimum age 25 years. Moving cleaning costs SEK 1500, you need to bring your own bed linens

Renovated cosy log cabin

Totally renovated Härbre (small log cabin) located only 2000 meters (15 min walk) from the World Championships 8th, which is the largest lift in the ski system. It is about 3000 meters (30 -40 min walk) to Åre Square and train station. The shelter is originally from the year 1850 but in 2018 the cottage was moved and has been completely renovated into a modern and cozy cottage. In addition to the fantastic location in the middle between Åre and Tegefjäll, the shelter offers sauna, fireplace and views over both Åreskutan and Renfjället.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Apartment with 6 beds in the middle of Åre village. You live within walking distance to Bergbanan, Stjärnliften & VM6 that brings you to the system. Entire Åre's selection of restaurants and nice shops directly around the corner. It takes one minute to walk to Åre Torg and two minutes to Åre station. In the station house there is ICA Supermarket which is open 07-22 in high season. 100 meters below the apartment there is the ski bus. Parking is included, subject to space. Note: We rent out for only for full weeks.

Nice apartment in central Åre village for 6 people

Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

Mountain cottage by lake, for adventure and rest

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre
