Stylish apartment in a award-winning house

The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment is set in a with the architecture prize >the best house 2009< awarded house in the 6th district. It is located in a quiet backyard, nestled in a green area and easily accessible in the heart of Vienna. A small terrace invites you to linger. Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment. The absolute top location offers holidaymakers and business travelers the best transport connections to all sights and cultural institutions of the city as well as to the most important business centers, the Vienna Fair and the Prater. We are renting out a full apartment including a kitchen and a private bathroom. For people who like to sit outside, a little outside area is connected to the apartment as well. We are living right next door so if there are any questions coming up during your stay, you are always welcome to ring the bell and ask us. As a tour guide, we are very familiar with the history of the city. We know exactly what is going on in Vienna and know the museums, concert halls, opera and theatres. We are happy to help you with the tickets. The heart of the 6th district is the lively pedestrian zone Mariahilfer Straße with many shops. Easy access to classic Viennese coffee houses, theater, opera and concert halls and museums for culture lovers. The Viennese snack market with food stalls under the open sky provides culinary delights. The Westbahnhof as well as the underground stations U3-Westbahnhof, U4-Margaretengürtel, U6-Gumpendorferstraße and the bus line 57A are in the immediate vicinity. Airport connection by bus or S-Bahn, the main station is well connected by tram line 18. The apartment is close to central public transport which includes the U6, U3, 57A. The train station "Westbahnhof" is only a 10 min walk away.

Room with a view near the center

The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
