In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The bungalow for exclusive use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet location and belongs together with the owners' house to the worthy building in the greenland. There are no neighbours (single location). The beautiful place Jaidhof with castle and recreation pond is about 500 m away. Krems on the Danube is about 18 km away. The village of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At Stausee Krumau (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Bathing, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing directly at the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
